Khamphaeng Phochanthilath
Khamphaeng worked for various international law firms in Laos for more than a decade. Her practice focuses on foreign direct investment, corporate and commercial, employment, banking, tax and intellectual property. She has been involved in a number of major transactions advising on relevant laws regarding foreign investment and assisting with legal compliance, conducting legal due diligence, trademark registration and licensing requirements in Lao PDR and has extensive experience in government coordination and relations. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Science, National University of Laos and Master’s Degree in International Law from the National University of Laos and University Jean Moulin Lyon III (Double Degrees). She is admitted at the Lao Bar Association as a licensed attorney. Khamphaeng is fluent in Lao, English and Thai.

Vongphachanh has more than 10 years of experience in working in international and local law firms. Her practice areas include foreign direct investment, corporate & commercial, company registration & licensing, corporate finance/M&A, and labor. She holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from the National University of Laos and a Master of Laws in Global Business Law (LL.M.) from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia and is admitted at the Lao Bar Association as a licensed attorney. She is fluent in Lao, English and Thai.
